Members of this website can see each basketball player's entire profile, including name, profile photo, gender, height, weight, wingspan, position, birthdate, nationality, country of citizenship and passport, professional or amateur status, league and team, as well as any photos, videos, and statistics.

We collect the Personal Information that you enter and share in your Profile, such as your name, gender, height, wingspan, basketball position, birthday, nationality, country of citizenship and passport, team, statistics, as well as videos of yourself playing basketball.
We collect Personal Information that you may enter or post on this website - for example, if you submit a testimonial, or post your picture to the gallery.
We also collect Personal Information that you may send or submit to us when you contact us by email, phone or mail – for example, if you give us feedback, a suggestion, or have a complaint or comment.

We collect information from team representatives, coaches and talent scouts ("Coaches") that use our services. Some of the information we collect from Coaches may constitute Personal Information of individuals acting solely in their business capacity.

We may collect and use financial information or payment method to process your payment for membership fees and any purchases or sales made on our website, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as may be reasonably needed to manage our business in connection with your membership or transaction.

We do not knowingly collect or maintain any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of this website is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

Basketball Eye™ (Basketballeye.com) has a "NO REFUND" policy.
It is the policy of Basketball Eye™ to allow full access to Membership services immediately after paying the Membership fee therefore, without any exception Basketball Eye™ enforces a NO REFUND policy.
Membership includes two (2) divisions;
If you signup before May 1, 2009 you will have free access until that date, and your credit card will be charged for a yearly membership on May 1st.
